2nd Place at Nationals

Hannah's softball team, Texas Power, went up to the Dallas area to compete at the VTD Open Nationals July 21st through July 25th.  The girls did amazing but definitely took the hard route to get their 2nd place finish.  They lost their 1st bracket game which put them in the losers bracket so they had to battle back to make it to the championship game.  Ending up in the losers bracket meant having to play 7 bracket games instead of 4.

In four days the girls played a total of 9 games, 3 on the last day in 100 degree heat to earn 2nd place!!!
